My story

Good at everything.
Comfortable in none of it.

On paper I had it all. In my own skin, I had nothing.

I scored well. I played sport. I won debates and speeches. People called me a jack of all trades, and they were right. But I was bullied and body-shamed, and I carried that into every room. I had no sense of safety in my own body, and every achievement felt like a performance covering it up.

When I finally started training, I was hungry. I did not just want a better body. I wanted proof that I could change, and I got it. My body changed first. Then I learned to groom myself, dress well, speak well and carry a room. The way people treated me changed, and so did the way I treated myself.

But the mirror only fixed so much. I noticed what a new body could not touch: how I handled pressure, how I talked to myself, how I loved, argued and trusted. Mindset, emotional resilience and relationships were the missing pillars. I worked on them one at a time, and that is where the real change happened.

That is also what I saw in the very fit people around me. Strong bodies, stuck lives. They had stopped at pillar one.

So I built EndorFitt around the order that worked for me. Body first, because it is the quickest win and the one that makes you trust yourself. Then the other three, only if you want them, with someone who has walked it. I studied at IIT Bombay, left my PhD to build EndorFitt, and I coach with the discipline of a scientist, but what I give you is what I needed at the start: a plan, a person who shows up, and permission to be more than your body.

I do not want you to just look different. I want you to live different.
